Ansichtskarte, in Privatbesitz<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Der\u00a0schlichte Sp\u00e4tbiedermeier-Bau \u00abVilla Felsberg\u00bb geh\u00f6rte nicht zur Pension Felsberg, stand aber ebenfalls im Besitz der Familie Pietzcker. In der Regel diente es ihnen als Wohnhaus.<\/p>\n<p>Als die Stadt 1943 das Terrain auf dem Felsberg kaufte, blieb die Villa Felsberg im Besitz der Erbengemeinschaft Pietzker.
